1. How long does it take for my product to arrive?
A: The average delivery time is 7 to 16 business days after shipment.
2. Where do the products ship from?
A: Most of our items are shipped directly from our partners in Europe and Asia.
3. What is the quality of the products?
A: At Zeon, all pieces are crafted with premium quality standards. We also provide real product photos on our website so you know exactly what to expect.
4. When will my order be shipped?
A: After your payment is confirmed, your order is processed at our distribution center, picked, customized* (when applicable), packaged, and shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation via email within 2 to 7 business days after purchase.
5. Can I pay in installments via boleto?
A: Installments are only available via Credit Card and Klarna.
6. Can I pick up my order in person?
A: Yes. Simply place your order on our website and contact us via email or Instagram right after checkout to arrange your pickup.
7. I ordered multiple products but only received part of them. Is that normal?
A: Yes. To avoid customs issues and ensure faster delivery, some items may be shipped separately.
8. What if my delivery is delayed?
A: Don’t worry. Our team monitors all shipments daily. If your order does not arrive within 120 business days after dispatch, we guarantee a 100% refund according to our shipping policy.

A: Tracking codes may take up to 5 business days to activate on international tracking platforms.
